A Comprehensive Approach

The acoustics team have extensive experience of providing Environmental Impact Assessments and plant noise analysis in many regions across the world.

We are particularly familiar with environmental regulations throughout Australasia, the GCC region, US, European, and the World Bank (IFC) regulations.

Group 2 not only measures and creates models of potential noise issues; practical and cost-effective solutions are proposed if any limits are likely to be exceeded.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Expert Guidance

Support is available during the Construction phase if required. Inspections and investigations of in-progress elements critical to the acoustic performance of the building will be inspected and a snagging list of potential issues distributed from each visit.

A regime for the commission testing will be developed during the advanced design stages.

ACOUSTIC 3D MODELLING

Expert Guidance

Being able to see how a room will perform is key to creating the perfect acoustic environment. The acoustic team at Group 2 is able to bring that idea to life with acoustic 3D modelling.

Using up to date acoustic modelling software, Group 2 is able to calculate the performance of rooms before they have been built and map the results.

This will allow you to see how best to design your interior and make informed choices as you can trust that the architectural and interior design of the room under study matches its need in terms of acoustic characteristics before construction. This will allow you to find the right solution in a flexible way, thus making the right choices of materials the first time.
